Just wrapped up another great event with you and Overdrive and since this will have been our 8th event that has got the job done for us, I've finally decided that you’ve earned a Thanks!

I have to tell you, I get 30 phone calls a day every single day and out of all those phone calls you’re the only one that stuck with me month in and month out. Even when I told you on many occasions to go pound sand. If I recall correctly it took you about 6 months of calling telling me of dealerships that were having great results with your company for me to pull the trigger. Even though you pissed me off to wits' end and bugged the crap out of me, I am so grateful that you did. All playing aside Ian, I am so thankful and grateful that you stuck with Roberts Toyota and myself even through all the hang ups and all the curse words because now I consider you part of the family. You guys come in here every time with professionalism and at the end of every sale we have 40 to 50 units delivered with no brain damage and clean up after your boys leave.

I have done extensive work with this company. They will deliver more traffic than anyone else in the country, that I can promise you. It is unusual to say this about staffers but they are by the book and do things the right way. I used them more in Louisville on mail only, but where they really are great as a staffed event. It is not uncommon for them to deliver $125,000 -$200,000 during a staffed event. If it were me and I was going to do a staffed event there is no doubt I would pick Overdrive!

The team from Overdrive Media Direct has been awesome to work with from the very beginning. We've been doing business with them for almost a year through their staffed events. From their Production team, to the sales team, the group has always performed! The sales team is hard-working, professional, and most importantly, ALWAYS delivering results! Every event has generated over $4,000 per unit, and we have never sold less than 35 units. The team works to maximize profits, while still assisting us in moving old-aged and new units in the process.

I've worked with several staffed-event Companies in my 30+ years in the business, and have found Overdrive to be, if not the best, one of the best!

Our group has done 15 sales with Overdrive Media Direct/ IAM. They hold their management team and sales people to a higher standard and gross is never a concern. The marketing is the most effective I've seen in a long time. We are averaging almost 600 ups and 45 to 50 deliveries during our sales. Over the past 10 years, we've used a lot of sales companies, but have found them to be the best we've seen.

It is against my personal belief to recommend a vendor to another car dealer, but I am more than happy to do so for IAM and Overdrive Media Direct. I have had numerous sales with them since 2007 and we could not be happier. All of our deals get funded, customers are happy, grosses are $4,100.00 a copy, and everything sticks. It even helps my sales mangers learn how to desk a deal properly! I also seldom have aged inventory when they leave. These guys are not your typical company, they are the real deal!

We never considered a staffed sale until one of our lenders recommended Overdrive/ IAM. I was a little nervous at first, but can say confidently they are awesome! Our first sale started in blizzard. 5 days and 3 feet of snow later, we saw over 600 ups and did well over $100K in gross profit. Last month, our second sale did over 800 ups, 51 deliveries and almost $200K in gross profit. The team was great! If you're considering a staffed sale, you won't find a better company!

Before doing business with IAM and Overdrive Media Direct, we did staffed sales with a lot of other companies and had mostly bad luck with results. In 2007, we did our first sale and since have done 17 more consecutive events. Not all have been 'home run' sales, but we made money with each sale. The sales guys are top notch, write clean business and treat my guests well. I get a lot of calls from sale companies, but will only use IAM/Overdrive Media Direct.

After using 4 or 5 other event companies, IAM/ Overdrive Media Direct is the only one I would ever consider writing a testimonial for. Their operators know how to deliver a lot of profit without creating a mess. We've done direct mail and staffed sales together since 2006 and find them to operate on a higher level compared to the other companies we used in the past. Our sales continue to produce over 600 ups and gross profits averaging between $175K and $225K. Transaction quality is good and we do not have funding or customer service issues after any of their sales. Our Mitsubishi and KIA stores are in the top 10 nationally for volume and IAM/Overdrive Media Direct is an integral part of our success. I can say with certainty, we would not use another staffed sale company.

Over the past 10 years, I have used a lot of staffed sale companies with mixed results. I switched to IAM/Overdrive Media Direct in 2007 and haven't looked back. I've had good results and like having them in my store. They operate on a much higher level compared to the other companies I've used.

We have done 6 sales with IAM/Overdrive Media Direct. Our gross profits have increased every time We're averaging over 60 deliveries per sale and our last sale generated $221K in gross profit. Also important to me is we deliver 25 to 30 new KIA's during each sale. They help us reach our stair step money every time!
